The challenge
Optimize a complex, multi-market e-commerce platform to improve conversion, accessibility, and legal compliance. The platform supports multiple markets and implements local variations of global strategic features.
What I did
Led UX strategy and design across the full purchase funnel: PDPs, PMPs, and the journey through to checkout. Worked across multiple markets and language directions (LTR/RTL), shaping the page experiences themselves alongside the strategy and the logic running underneath. Built so each market could roll out its own variations without breaking the global story.

The challenge
A high-friction onboarding funnel with complex registration, funding steps, and trust/legal concerns required a mobile-first private banking UX redesign.
What I did
Redesigned the end to end onboarding experience with a trust-first approach. Clear information hierarchy, progressive disclosure of legal complexity, and a premium visual language positioned the app as worthy of a client's financial confidence. Navigation architecture was rebuilt to scale as the product grows.

The challenge
Design and build a loyalty, rewards, and referral program for a multi-market product, from the ground up. Users needed a clear, engaging way to understand how to earn points, redeem rewards, and refer friends across different markets and contexts.
What I did
Owned the UX of the loyalty program from inception, growing it to serve 20+ markets. Designed the full rewards and referral experience, shaped the underlying logic behind how points, rewards, and member-get-member flows worked across markets, and kept evolving the product as it scaled globally.

The challenge
The team needed an internal platform that did two things at once. It had to feel interesting and interactive enough to actually pull people in. It also had to give the team behind it a scalable way to keep sharing what they were achieving, without a redesign every time the story grew.
What I did
Led the UX end to end. Built a modular structure on top of SharePoint that broke the default look completely, designed for browsing rather than searching, and shaped a content system the team could keep extending on their own. Worked closely with stakeholders to align the vision and make sure adoption was built into the design, not bolted on afterwards.

The context
A global maritime intelligence platform serving over a million monthly users: port operators, ship owners, analysts, government agencies. I sat on the product management and marketing side of a flagship product within the platform, not the UX side.
What I did
Helped lead the Port Documentation product from concept through launch, working closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams. Focused on positioning, go-to-market, and the conversations between user needs and business strategy on a platform serving over a million monthly users.

The challenge
Designers screenshot websites constantly for audits, redesigns, inspiration. Every capture comes loaded with cookie banners, popups, and ads. And once you finally have a clean image, you still have to eyedropper colours, guess font sizes, and rebuild the whole thing in Figma. The workflow is broken at both ends.
What I did
Designed and built the full product end to end. UX research, interaction design, visual design, and engineering. Built the Chrome extension in Manifest V3 with a minimum-permissions model, a scroll-and-stitch capture pipeline, and a 90+ selector cleanup engine. Built a companion Figma plugin that imports the capture as a real, editable design file with extracted colour tokens, typography samples, and an annotated element map.

The challenge
Dark patterns are everywhere. Manipulative design choices that nudge users into decisions against their interest. Most people don't recognise them, and even designers often deploy them unintentionally. There was no easy way to surface them in real time, on real pages.
What I did
Built a Chrome extension that scans pages and flags suspected dark patterns. Confirm-shaming, hidden costs, forced continuity, sneak-into-basket, and more. Designed for designers and researchers as much as for end users. Published on the Chrome Web Store as a free public-good tool.
